Ingredients
- 4 Kachoris
- 2 cups whisked curds (dahi)
- 1 cup chickpeas boiled
- 4 tbsp green chutney
- 8 tbsp khajur imli ki chutney
- roasted cumin seeds
- chilli powder for sprinkling
- 1 cup sev
- 4 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
- salt to taste

Break the kachori in a bowl.

Put ¾ cup of beaten curds, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 tbsp green chutney and 2 tbsp khajur imli ki chutney evenly over it.

Sprinkle little cumin seed powder, chilli powder, salt and ¼ cup sev evenly over it.

Finally garnish it with 1 tbsp coriander evenly on it. Serve immediately.
