Every Indian grew up eating Rice Kheer, also known as Indian Rice Pudding, which is a creamy and flavorful delicacy created with simple ingredients.
The greatest way to end an Indian meal is with this dessert, which has rose water, almonds, and cardamom as flavours. Rice pudding, or kheer, is undoubtedly the most popular dessert prepared in every Indian home.
I frequently ate this dessert when I was a child. Kheer was the dessert that mum always made, whether it was for a holiday or festival or just because we felt like eating something sweet.
