Chapati Masala Noodles Recipe | How to Make Chapati Masala Noodles

Chapati Masala Noodles Recipe

A wonderful and nutritious dish, chapati noodles or roti noodles are constructed of thin chapatis strips cooked with crunchy vegetables and a hint of tomato sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. It’s a creative method to feed your kids both chapati and vegetables at once.

Have any leftover roti or chapatis from the night before? It’s not worth wasting. This dish gives the leftover chapati/roti in Indo-Chinese cooking a fresh twist by turning it into chapati noodles. A few Indian-Chinese dishes, including gobi manchurian, pineapple fried rice, mushroom fried rice, cauliflower fried rice, and paneer fried rice, have already been posted on my blog.

This is a terrific option for kids’ lunchboxes and a great substitute for boring conventional chapatis and vegetables in their diet. This is a great alternative for a snack or evening meal in addition to making the ideal lunch.

When making chapati noodles for children, prepare the chapati in the morning and then cut it into strips rather than using leftover chapati. Chapatis should be totally cooled down or they would become soggy.
