Detailed instructions and a full video are provided for the Pudina pulao/mint pulao recipe, a simple lunchbox dish. Basmati rice and fresh mint leaves are used to make the flavorful one-pot dish known as pudina pulao. This rendition was something I long ago picked up from a friend. Full video for the recipe has been included. A weeknight supper option for this pulao is also available. It goes well with basic onion raita, dal tadka, and paneer butter masala.
Recipes for pulao come in a wide variety. Fresh mint leaves from his backyard garden were just shared by a buddy. However, I haven’t updated the recipe with step-by-step photos despite the fact that many readers have attempted this post.
