- 5 tablespoon plain flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon bi carb soda
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 4 1/2 tablespoons water

Add all dry ingredients to a large mug and mix well. Add the wet ingredients and mix again until well combined.

Place mug in microwave for 1 minute 20 to 1 minute 40 depending on your microwave. This can take a bit of trial and error since every microwave is different, but it's better to undercook than overcook, which will result in a dry cake.
