Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 8 pieces cucumber
  • 1 bunch mint Leaves chopped
  • 2 green chilli medium
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 inches ginger peeled & chopped

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the mint and coriander leaves. Transfer to a mixer along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, sugar, lemon juice and some salt. Blend well until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

  2. Place the bread slices on a flat surface. Spread 1 slice with butter and other slice with the chutney.
  3. Top up with cucumber and tomato slices and cover.
  4. Cut into squares or triangles or halves. Serve at once.

Tips:

  • Customize the Filling: Feel free to add other ingredients like lettuce, avocado, or grated carrots for extra texture and nutrition.
  • Spice Level: Adjust the quantity of green chili in the chutney to control the spice level. You can also remove the seeds from the chili if you want a milder chutney.
