Ingredients
- 8 bread slices
- 1 ripe banana (cut into small discs)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp nylon sev
- 1 tsp black salt (sanchal) or chaat masala
For Green Chutney
- 3/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
- 1 1/8 cups coriander (dhania)
- 1 small sized onion
- 1 small tomato
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- salt to taste
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the green chutney and blend it using little water. keep it aside.

Apply butter on 4 bread slices.

Apply green chutney on remaining 4 bread slices.

Arrange banana pieces on the breads with butter.

Sprinkle nylon sev on top of banana.

Sprinkle black salt as per taste.

Cover using the bread with green chutney.
