Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber grated
  • 1 cup curds whisked
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder roasted
  • coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp green chillies finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the curd, cucumber, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix well.

  2. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
