Green chilli

as per taste

Instructions
Wash and
chop
spinach finely.
Heat a
fry pan
, add oil, green chilli, ginger saute for a minute.
Add spinach saute again for 2 minutes.
Cool the spinach and make a smooth paste using mixer.
Pour this spinach paste on to the batter and mix well.
Pour a laddle of this batter in the Idli moulds and steam for 8-10 minutes.
Serve hot spinach idli with Chutney.
