Rice Pudding Recipe | What is the Recipe of Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Put rice, milk, sugar and spices in a heavy-bottomed sauce pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to a simmer.
  2. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until the rice is plump and the liquid is reduced.
  3. Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled, as you prefer
