Mexican Babycorn Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Babycorn steamed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Mexican Spice Mix or any spice mix of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix together salt, oil, Babycorn and Mexican spice mix.
  2. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve with a dip of your choice or ketchup.
