Mexican Babycorn Fries

Babycorn steamed

Olive oil
Salt to taste

Mexican Spice Mix or any spice mix of your choice
Instructions
Mix together salt, oil, Babycorn and Mexican spice mix.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with a dip of your choice or ketchup.
