Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanuts or 60 grams
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee or clarified butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder or to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast peanuts for about 8-9 minutes in a saucepan.

  2. Once roasted, add ghee and coat well.
  3. Now, put the roasted peanuts in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chaat masala and red chili powder. Mix well.
  4. Once cold, store in an air tight container for up to one month.
